FreeAIAgent ("the app") is an on-device AI chat app. It runs AI models entirely on your phone. We do not operate a server for the app, we do not have accounts, and we do not collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal data or your conversations.
Nothing. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no user accounts. We (the developers) receive no data from your use of the app.
Everything you type and every reply the AI generates stays on your device. AI processing (inference) happens locally on your phone. Your chats are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
To work offline, the app downloads AI model files from third-party hosting providers (for example, Hugging Face). When a download happens, that provider may receive standard network information such as your IP address and the file requested, governed by their own privacy policies. The app does not send them any personal information or your conversations. After download, the model is stored locally and used offline.
All app data (models, settings, chat history) is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's own security. Uninstalling the app removes this data. You can also clear chats from within the app.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
